McLees began her quest for knowledge to help people relax through massage with an extracurricular class her freshman year of college, years before attending massage school and acquiring her therapist’s license, which she did in 2013. Her own experience with neck and shoulder tension and pain and the relief she found through massage and a type of bodywork called Ortho-Bionomy®️ led to her particular interest in helping sufferers of neck, shoulder and head pain. Twenty years after her first encounter with Ortho-Bionomy®️, she took her first class in it, and though she is not an OB practitioner yet she utilizes the principles of it in all her sessions today. The approach addresses the main operating system of the human body, the nervous system, and taps into our innate self corrective reflexes. Her aim in all her work is to assist you to relax and “remember” yourself in a state of comfort and ease.
